1. Return Window

Standard Returns: You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for any reason (change of mind).
365-Day Results Guarantee: We are so confident in our IPL handset that we offer a 365-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If you use our handset as directed for 12 weeks and don't see results, you are eligible for a full refund anytime within one year of purchase. 

(Note: Please keep your progress photos as part of the guarantee process).

 

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a standard 30-day return:

  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • It must include all accessories (cables, manuals, etc.).
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.


3. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@tulipipl.com.
If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package.

 

4. Return Shipping Costs

Defective/Damaged Items: 

If the product is faulty or damaged upon arrival, Tulip Skin Co will cover the return shipping costs.
Change of Mind: 

For standard returns (within 30 days), the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping fees.

 

5. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at info@tulipipl.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.
Most refunds appear in your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
