At Tulip Skin Co, we provide Free Standard Shipping on all orders across the United Kingdom. No minimum spend is required.
1. Shipping Timelines
To give our customers the best experience, we break down our delivery process into two parts: Handling Time and Transit Time.
Order Cut-off Time: 2:00 PM (GMT) Greenwich Mean Time (Monday – Friday).
Order Handling Time: 1–2 Business Days (Monday – Friday). Orders placed after 2:00 PM on Friday or during the weekend will be processed on the next business day.
Transit Time (Delivery): 2–4 Business Days (Monday – Friday).
Total Estimated Delivery Time: 3–6 Business Days.
Note: While many orders arrive within 48 hours, please allow the full transit time mentioned above before contacting support.

3. Delivery Areas
We deliver to all addresses within the United Kingdom, including mainland UK, Northern Ireland, and offshore locations. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your parcel’s progress in real-time.

We do not ship or deliver on Sundays or public holidays.
In the event of severe weather or courier delays, delivery may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience in these rare cases.
